Just a quick behind-the-scenes look at my buddy Chris Owyoung during a recent photoshoot with Long Island rockers The Things They Carried. This one was shot on-location at an 18th century Quaker meeting house off old Jericho Turnpike.
Chris can be seen shooting with the Nikon D3 and 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. His shot was lit with natural light. Stay tuned to Chris’s website for the full series of images.

If you’re wondering about the photos above, they’re taken with my Nikon D700 and 50mm f/1.8 lens. My exposure was 1/160 and f/4 at ISO 400.
